Sub-Committee

The role of the Sub-Committee is primarily to involve frontline staff and other stakeholders to ensure the CHCP meets local needs and service development priorities. The original role of the Sub-Committee has been extended to incorporate the functions of the former community planning group, the Health & Wellbeing Forum.

The Sub-committee generally meets every six weeks and is made up of representatives from the CHCP Board, GP, voluntary sector, carers, dentist, nursing, allied health professionals, community pharmacist, optometrist, community planning sub groups, Public Partnership Forum, West Lothian College, Police, Scottish Ambulance Service, West Lothian Tobacco Alcohol and Drug Partnership (TADP), Public Health, acute care sector, Council and Health.
