The Strathbrock Partnership Access2employment Initiative, which has now completed its pilot year, is an innovative approach to help people get back into work, volunteering or training.

In addition to 12 Strathbrock partners, the initiative draws together the skills and resources from a range of other agencies such as West Lothian Community Health and Care Partnership, Access2Employment, NHS Lothian, Job centre plus, Career Scotland and IntoWorkWest Lothian.

The service,which is operated by a community health nurse and an employment adviser (both pictured above), has provided advice on career choices, training or education.
