Notification of the new date will go out as soon as it is confirmed. Get involved The Public Partnership Forum for Health & Care (PPF HC) is a way for West Lothian residents to get involved to help both the Community Health & Care Partnership (CHCP) locally to develop Health & Care services and NHS Lothian with pan Lothian health service provision. Established in May 2006, the West Lothian PPF HC is a voluntary group which endeavours to involve and represent the public on issues concerning National Health Service Primary Care provision in our area. The more people and local groups we have on the PPF HC the better the representation. Any local resident and any local organisation can join the Public Partnership Forum for Health & Care. All levels of participation are welcomed and encouraged, from comments on health and care services to greater involvement such as joining the Coordinating Group.
