Diabetes UK West Lothian voluntary group offers people living with diabetes a chance to meet, share experiences with others and, through a wide range of guest speakers, improve their understanding of diabetes and how to manage the condition. Membership is free to people with diabetes and their carers and you don’t need to join Diabetes UK to attend. We meet at 7.00 pm on the first Wednesday of the month (except January) at St Margaret’s Academy, Howden South Road, Livingston, EH54 6AT. West Lothian Group - Prostate Cancer Support: Helps those diagnosed with prostate cancer by introducing them to other men with experience of their treatment. The introduction by phone and at our support group meetings helps provide vital advice on latest treatments options at the most difficult time for those recently diagnosed with prostate cancer. The group meets in the Ability Centre, Carmondean Road, Livingston EH54 8PT. Meeting dates are 13 October 2011, 19 January 2012, 22 March 2012, 17 May 2012, 2 August 2012 and 11 October 2012.

Home-Start West Lothian is a local charity supporting families across West Lothian by reducing their isolation and increasing their social support networks as well as helping to improve children's health well-being and development.
