West Lothian achieves MMR immunisation targets The uptake of MMR immunisation (Measles Mumps and Rubella) in West Lothian has exceeded the Scottish target of 95 per cent, reaching 96.7 per cent of eligible children, aged between twelve to twenty-four months.
